Lauren Craig is a vocalist living in Fargo, North Dakota. Coming from a family of musicians, her life has been filled with music since she was born. She recently graduated from North Dakota State University with a BM in Vocal Performance.

As a vocalist, she has enjoyed performing in many operas and recitals at NDSU, as well as competing in various local competitions. She has placed first in her division at ND NATS, MN NATS, and SD NATS vocal competitions. In addition to singing, she enjoys playing viola in the Fargo Moorhead Symphony Orchestra, along with many other local chamber ensembles.

Lauren completed her Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training program through Transitions Yoga in Bismarck, ND. She enjoys blending breath to movement and encouraging students to modify the practice to meet them where they are.
