Nourish
Nourish your body with vegan food provided by local restaurants for dinner.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided by pre-purchased groceries.
Additional dietary accommodations can be made.​
Rest
Enjoy daily moments of rest, including meditation, Yin yoga, a gong sound bath, and Yoga Nidra.​
Each day will begin with silent reflection.
Move
Amelia, Brianne, and Claire will each lead movement classes throughout the retreat. Additional activity will include barre-inspired classes, outdoor hikes, and embracing the ocean through kayaking & sailing.
Learn
Throughout our time together, we will facilitate workshops and conversations on topics such as ayurveda, the Yamas and Niyamas, limiting beliefs, and yoga philosophy.
Play
Bring your instrument!
We encourage you to use any of our down time throughout the day to embark on your own personal practice, or play for each other.
Quiet hours will be enforced.
Accommodations
Accommodation options include staying on site at our waterfront estate situated on twelve acres overlooking the Olympic Mountains, which includes an outdoor fire pit and hot tub.
You may claim your spot in a queen bed, twin bed, or choose to stay elsewhere.

Stringent COVID protocol will be in place throughout this retreat. Proof of vaccination is required.
Transportation from the airport not provided.
